To ensure your privacy, all of our products are shipped discreetly in a plain box or mailer. There will be no mention of the package contents anywhere on the box or mailer. The return address is our store initials and will look like this:

Most of our orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service, Priority or First Class Mail Service, unless otherwise specified. Packages should arrive within 3-5 business days from shipping date. Please note, packages will not be shipped on Sundays or most major holidays.

Due to increased restrictions by foreign custom authorities, possible package seizure and possible additional duty charges, we currently only accept orders from the United States. At this time, we feel this will avoid a frustrating and potentially costly experience to our foreign customers.

Products with expiration dates such as condoms, lubricants or food items are shipped with good dating, ensuring product freshness. Condoms that are hand packaged are done so by us. We do not outsource this process, allowing us to directly oversee each package assembly. We also verify that all products are in proper order, and battery operated items are tested prior to purchase. We package orders carefully so items withstand shipping and arrive in proper, working condition.
In the occurrence of a product failure or defect, we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 207.871.0356 within 30 days of the purchase date.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened packages nor unopened packages of condoms, lubricants, food items, bath and body products, massage products, and adult toys and accessories. We kindly ask that prior to contacting us for a battery operated product failure, that you have carefully verified battery insertion instructions and have used fresh batteries. Defective DVDs will be replaced with the same title.
We will do our best to ensure that orders cannot be accepted for products that are not available. However, in the event that such an order is placed, we will ship the available items. The backordered item will be shipped as soon as it arrives at no additional charge to you. If we are notified by the manufacturer of a lengthy backorder status (greater than 2 weeks), we will notify you via email to allow you an opportunity to continue to wait or cancel the order for the backordered item. Also, we will only charge your credit card for available items shipped and the associated shipping fee. Once the backordered item is available for shipping to you, will we charge your credit card for the backordered item (no additional shipping fees will be charged).
